Bucks LEP was a core partner in helping Royal Holloway University become the preferred bidder for the national Convergent Screen Technologies and performance in Realtime (CoSTAR) lab, as part of the government’s Creative Industries Sector Vision. The national CoSTAR lab, which will be based in Bucks, is working in partnership with the likes of Pinewood and National Film and TV School, helping ensure the UK has the skills and infrastructure to stay on the cutting-edge of new virtual production techniques in film, TV and live events.
